Dressed in warm cream with painted pinecones and green fir sprigs, this Father Christmas carries a deep evergreen tree and a russet-red sack. The natural woodland palette is enlivened by fine glitter and an expressive hand-painted face. Made in Germany in traditional papier-mâché by Ino Schaller since 1894, he is a beautiful companion to winter greenery, old wood and the collected curiosities of Christmas.
