Investing in our Parfums:

We offer two ways to test our traditional Parfums on your skin:

In-store: we have two locations in Victoria, BC. One on Lower Johnson Street and one on Humboldt Street by the Empress. Please visit us at either location to speak with one of our knowledgeable Perfumistas, and to experience our Parfums. We would be happy to walk you through our collection.

Discovery Set: if you're not local, we offer a Discovery Set that allows you to choose your three favourite Parfums to receive and test on your skin: Discovery Set

Perfume is so personal, and each scent will sit differently on each person. Know yourself before you invest in your perfume (for example, do citrus scents turn sour or fade on your skin?)

When testing a Parfum on your skin, apply the scent to a pulse point and allow it to air dry; do not rub. Leave the Parfum to dry down for approximately 10 minutes to see how the scent changes, and revisit throughout the day.

Testing is important as our Parfums, colognes, and body products are all final sale.

Return Policy

All body products, parfums and colognes are final sale.

We will accept returns on any unopened product apart from those mentioned above at the buyer's expense within 30 days. Please ship at your expense to:

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

This will depend on the items you are purchasing and the shipping speed chosen. We will provide an estimated timeline at checkout.

Please note that our timelines are estimated, and not a guarantee of arrival. Delays may occur due to order volume, weather, etc. Shipping fees will not be refunded if an item arrives later than the estimated date at checkout.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Zingaro is located in and ships from Canada. All duties, taxes & import fees are the responsibility of the recipient based on your country's de minimis threshold, this includes orders shipping to the United States. If you refuse your package upon delivery, the fees that are charged back to Zingaro will be deducted from your return amount.

Price Adjustment

We don't offer very many sales throughout the year. I'm sorry, but we do not offer price adjustments for purchases made before or after the sale.
