Zingaro Floral Perfumery
Where scent remembers what we forget.

Zingaro Floral Perfumery is not merely a perfumery—it is a portal. Nestled within the bones of an 1890 building on Johnson Street, where grocers and liquor merchants once traded in goods, we now trade in memories—bottled within the store in the Perfumery. Step inside, and time begins to unravel.
The air is thick with scent and story. Flowers tumble from antique urns, old-world relics lean into wild botanicals, and the walls hum with the quiet magic of the past made present. The space is part apothecary, part dream—a cabinet of fragrant curiosities.
Founded in June 2016, Zingaro grew from a longing—to return to the roots of perfumery, to the era when scents were slow, botanical, and alive. We work with noble ingredients; oils that carry earth’s breath, resins that know secrets, florals that remember things we’ve forgotten. Each perfume is composed in the way a poem is written: with devotion, instinct, and soul.
The perfumer is not a technician, but an artist. We rarely reveal the tales behind our perfumes—because we believe scent is deeply private. You will find your own story in what stirs you. But ask us, gently, on a day of remembering, and we might tell you about Villa Irlanda—the scent of my father’s village, where citrus trees grew in wild abandon and oakmoss clung to old stones like memory. When someone truly connects with a Zingaro perfume, it’s visible. The perfume meets them like a mirror. It’s not a transaction—it’s a moment. A becoming.
We are not here to sell you a bottle. We are here to bring you to the threshold of your own senses—and maybe, if you let it, something beautiful will awaken. Zingaro is for the wanderer, the romantic, the wild one. It is for those who still believe in mystery. Welcome in.
